Congratulations to the following 2024 North Dakota American Legion Baseball state champions: Class AA West Fargo,
Class A Wahpeton, and Class B Lisbon.
As Legion Baseball celebrates its 100-year anniversary during the 2025 season, American Legion Baseball enjoys a
reputation as one of the most successful and tradition-rich amateur athletic leagues. Today, the program registers teams in
all fifty states plus Canada. Each year young people, ages 13 to 19, participate. Since its inception in 1925, the league has
had millions of players, including countless who have gone on to play in college and professional baseball, with eighty-
two inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame.
2025 North Dakota American Legion Post Season will be as follows:

The Borderland Press’s very own Jake Kulland was honored last week by being inducted into the North Dakota American Legion Baseball Hall of Fame, at an induction ceremony held at the District 5 Tournament in Park River on July 24.
Anyone who played for or with Chad Kliniske, the most recent member of the North Dakota American Legion Baseball Hall of Fame, it has always been about the
program.

Make sure you get your team registered for the upcoming 2024 season! Team Registration is open from January 1, 2024, to April 1, 2024. Follow the step-by-step instructions below!
Visit the Legion Baseball website and begin the registration process!
Both Registration and Insurance Premiums need to be paid in order to get your team registered.
Both Background Checks and Sexual Abuse Awareness Trainings must be completed.
From then til now we have inducted 120 players into the North Dakota American Legion Hall of Fame!
